Construction Documentation

This course provides an overview of construction processes and related project documents. Emphasis is placed on both the legal aspect of construction-related documents and the roles played by design professionals, contractors, owners, and others involved in the industry. You learn about construction documents, project manuals, bid proposals, specifications, contracts, submittals, and project closeout. You also examine standard forms and ethics.
