Technology Innovation Frameworks

This course introduces technological innovation as a strategic function from the perspective of managers and entrepreneurs and consider the processes and structures for innovation. The course will explore both internal and external sources of innovation as well as the appropriate strategies and processes for capitalizing on them through a systematic evaluation of alternatives and recommending particular technology strategy for emerging and existing organizations.
