Design Leadership & Management (Online - 3 of 5)

Designing for business is by definition a team effort that requires flexibility, adaptability, and vision. This course explores the theory, methods, and actions necessary to make ideas a reality. Students master techniques in facilitation, project management, and the creation of viable business models applicable to both entrepreneurial and “intrapreneurial” ventures. This is one of the five courses that are part of the Design Leadership for Business Certificate but is open to all students wishing to learn about design thinking. Students pursuing the certificate should take Design Thinking Fundamentals first and Futures and Foresight as the conclusion.
