Brand identity is much more than logo design—it is the visual representation of a brand to communicate the company mission, vision, and culture. Students envision a product or service and develop a comprehensive brand strategy that includes research, marketing analysis, and design. Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is not required but is recommended.

What you will learn
  • A step by step design process to create several pieces, including an infographic, to present research findings.
  • How to create a 3D prototype.
  • How to design a logo – for stationery and other collateral materials.
  • Development of promotional pieces and advertising.
  • Creation of an identity manual which outlines strategies for applying brand identity across various platforms.
  • How to create a final presentation to pitch your brand.
