Collaboratory Centennial Symposium: 100 Years of Scholar Activism

The New School Collaboratory will host its second symposium to celebrate and critically reflect on the university’s 100-year commitment to scholar activism and public engagement.

Collaboratory symposia are designed through a participatory process to nurture interdisciplinary partnerships, grapple with new and long-sustained challenges, and create an inclusive setting for generative discussions with peers on best practices for ensuring equity and impact in academic-community collaborations.

Through partnership with Imagining America, the event also brings together experienced faculty and community partners from universities and colleges in the region to jointly envision a more just and resilient future.

Link to RSVP forthcoming. Visit The Collaboratory website for more information and highlights from past symposia.

Co-sponsored by Imagining America, The New School Collaboratory, and the Schools of Public Engagement
