About This Certificate

The Leadership and Change certificate program at the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment emphasizes learning in action and provides tools, time, and structure that enable participants to apply their learning in their own organizational situations. Students in this post-master's program test their ideas and skills in real projects for real clients, discuss their experiences with faculty and fellow  students, and return to their careers with new insight.

Timeline to Completion: This professional certificate is awarded upon completion of 18 graduate credits. The program can be completed in as little as two semesters of full-time study or in a year and a half of part-time study.

Number of Courses: 6 courses (4 foundational courses, 2 electives)

Format: On Campus.
